We are coordinating a number of initiatives including resource development for enhanced placement services for the elderly; personalized supply and distribution center for personal protection equipment (PPE) for clients to receive much needed medical and non-medical help; and enhanced service capabilities for clients in transitional care circumstances between hospital and home.
